Brickell CityCentre boasts two residential condo towers, one luxury hotel, office space and the areas first luxury shopping mall featuring Saks Fifth avenue amongst other retail brands. The $1 Billion dollar + development is located in the brickell Financial District and covers 3 city blocks.

Brickell Flatiron is a residential high-rise located in the Brickell Financial District. It is 70 stories tall and is slated to open in 2018.

The Epic Hotel was completed in 2007 and sits on the Miami river in downtown Miami. This luxury 54 story residential skyscraper anchors the miami skyline.

900 Biscayne Bay is located on Biscayne Bay with magnificent ocean views. The building tops out at 650 feet and covers more than 1.5 million square feet. The building consists of residential condo units, retail and restaurants. It was completed in 2008.

Jade Beach was completed in 2009 and offers 52 floors of luxury residential condominium living.

Jade Brickell was completed in 2004 and stands 48 stories tall. This residential condo building stands amongst the tallest of the miami skyline.

Santa Maria was one of our earliest Condo towers that was completed in 1997. It stands 51 stories and is located on prime ocean front property near the Brickell Financial Center.

1800 Club was completed in 2007 and includes residential condos, apartments and also retail.
