I needed a new tankless water heater. I called several plumbers and each one of them tried to upsell me and charge me more than what I wanted to spend (even after I explained how much I could spend). I got frustrated reached out to Home Depot who put me in contact with Douglas Orr plumbing and had my tankless water heater installed the next day. All the other companies wanted me to wait 3 or more days knowing that I had zero hot water in my home. Billy arrived on time, was very nice and professional and did the job quickly. I'd also like to say that Mary in the office is also a very knowledgeable, kind and helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this company. It's hard to find good employees these days and wanted to make sure I appreciated the extra steps they took to help me the next day!

I had Cesar come to my house in Miami Springs. He called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he was very courteous and knowledgeable. He unclogged my garbage disposal and was very professional. Then he went to my bathroom and replaced my flapper. Thanks to Caesar, now my garbage disposal and toilet are working fine. I was going to have a new garbage disposal installed, but Caesar told me it did not warrant replacement and saved me $134.00. I’m very happy with Caesar. He was great!

This is my 2nd time using Douglas Orr Plumbing and both times they've been awesome. They were able to schedule someone in less than 24 hours for a non-urgent toilet leak. Eddie communicated clearly what he was going to do and walked me through every step. He was especially patient despite the chaos and excess bureaucracy my building's association imposes on contractors. He was courteous and respectful of mask mandates at all times. I'd be glad to have him out to do more work in the future.I wish I could remember the name of the previous guy who came out, but he was similarly professional, courteous and did a great job with my kitchen sink / garbage disposal. He was extra thorough in checking to make sure there were no leaks after he finished his work.My experience working with other contractors in Miami has often been chaotic, with people going silent on communications, and even simply not showing up after being scheduled.
