We are writing to congratulate you on the quality of the two technicians who came to our house for a service call. We were having an issue regarding our water bill that tripled in one month! We also want to congratulate you on the speedy service! From the time of our calling your office, they were at our house within a matter of hours, same day! Luis Rojas and his helper, Efran Zafra, were extremely professional, courteous and efficient. Luis was very knowledgeable and knew right away what to do. Within 30 minutes, after thorough testing and checking all the water outlets around our house, he determined that there wasn't a leak and that we had probably actually used the amount of water that we were billed for. Luis was right with what he thought might have created the huge increase in our water bill. We had planted many new plants that month, and because of that did a lot more watering than usual. He felt that was it. Both men were very courteous, calm and patient. It was a pleasure having them at our house and they would be welcomed here again.
