Rich joined Douglas Orr Plumbing in 2025 after relocating with his family to South Florida. With over forty years of operational management experience—and having held nearly every managerial role in business—he specializes in building customer-focused, growth-oriented organizations rooted in continuous improvement. Rich believes the best teams thrive on strong systems, clear processes, disciplined execution, and a culture that stands firm in the face of challenges.  Rich’s career has taken him from multi-billion-dollar corporations in the Midwest to private equity backed portfolio companies in the southern desert to what he says is his most welcomed challenge yet – growing Douglas Orr Plumbing here in Florida.  He takes pride in coaching and mentoring emerging leaders and enjoys Golf when the Wife allows. Rich is also a decorated United States Marine Corps veteran having served at numerous installations within the U.S. mainland, Asia and throughout the Pacific.
