Cesar Duero joined Douglas Orr Plumbing in 2014 after having completed the Apprentice Training Program.  He earned his Journeyman’s license in 2020.  Since then, he has been entrusted with training and accessing newly hired service plumbers to prepare them to work independently to serve our valued customers and as ambassadors of our brand.  After having proved himself in the field as a plumbing ace, coach, and mentor, he was promoted to the role of Plumbing Manager in 2026.   His skillset and success in overseeing the training program positioned him as a prime choice and ideal candidate for the job.  Cesar plays an integral part in the company’s strategic framework and vision.  In his new role, he serves as the central link between executive senior leadership and functional departmental teams and the facilitator of the company’s mission “to become the world’s finest plumbing company”.  Cesar oversees the day-to-day operations of the service department and is responsible for managing staff performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, optimizing workflows, and driving performance metrics.
