Andrea Orozco joined Douglas Orr Plumbing in 2018. She began her career as a Customer Service Representative and gained the valuable skills needed that allowed her to step into her current role as the Contact Center Manager. She works closely with clients, field technicians and vendors to ensure every account runs smoothly and every service experience a positive one. She takes pride in resolving challenges with empathy and professionalism, keeping clients informed and supported every step of the way. Having spent years on the front lines, she brings firsthand experience in client communication and account management to her role. She enjoys mentoring her team, improving workflows, and finding ways to make processes more efficient. She’s committed to building strong relationships and providing thoughtful, reliable service to every client.
