Lindsay Deno joined the Douglas Orr family in 2014. She has since become an integral part of the organization through her dedication, versatility, and deep understanding of company operations. Throughout her career, Lindsay has gained extensive hands-on experience across nearly every department, including service, purchasing, and accounting. This broad exposure has allowed her to develop a well-rounded perspective on the company’s day-to-day functions as well as its long-term goals. Her cross-departmental experience provided a strong foundation for her current role as the company’s Administrative Manager and key organizational leader. In this position, Lindsay oversees administrative operations, supports interdepartmental coordination, and helps ensure that internal processes run efficiently and effectively. She is known for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to lead by example, making her a trusted resource for both leadership and staff. Lindsay is a 2008 graduate of Tennessee Wesleyan College, where she further developed the academic and professional skills that have supported her career growth. Her long-standing commitment to Douglas Orr Plumbing, combined with her comprehensive knowledge of the business and passion for continuous improvement, continues to contribute significantly to the company’s success.
